UMA 3D Prints

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UMA 3D Prints’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided
UMA 3D Prints offers on-demand 3D printing services using SLA resin printers. Customers may upload STL files or submit orders via integrated platforms (e.g., Treatstock). All work is custom and made-to-order.

3. Orders and Cancellations
Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. UMA 3D Prints reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. User Files & IP
You are responsible for ensuring that any files you upload:
- Are not in violation of intellectual property laws.
- Are not offensive, illegal, or unsafe for printing.
By uploading, you affirm you have the right to reproduce the model and grant UMA 3D Prints a limited license to use the file solely for fulfilling your order.

5. No Warranty
UMA 3D Prints provides all prints “as is”. We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Surface defects, minor layer shifts, or cosmetic blemishes are possible due to the nature of 3D printing and are not considered manufacturing defects.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UMA 3D Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

7. Returns & Reprints
Defective prints (e.g., broken during shipping, clear failure of specifications) may be eligible for a reprint at no cost. You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with photo evidence.

8. Lead Times & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 1-3 business days. UMA 3D Prints is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or customs holdups. We ship via major carriers and provide tracking.

9. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not:
- Submit firearm components or weaponized devices.
- Submit models intended for illicit surveillance or impersonation.
- Use our platform for fraudulent, libelous, or malicious activity.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinal County.

11. Modifications
UMA 3D Prints reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
